A poncho goes over whatever you're already wearing, which is the whole point. No sleeves to work your arms into, no buttons in the dark. It comes off just as fast when the fire gets going.

Ours are handmade in small batches. The colour shifts a little from piece to piece and keeps shifting as you wear it.

The hooded ones cover more. Wool is the warmer option if you're somewhere genuinely cold. In milder weather, a poncho over one of our kimonos is usually enough, and our meditation shawls do a similar job when you want less bulk for sitting.
