Processing Time

We typically ship your order within 12 hours, unless it is a weekend or public holiday. In such cases, we will ship your item as soon as the post office reopens, ensuring prompt delivery.

Estimated Delivery Times

 

We are located in Australia. Our main delivery service is Australia Post. They are very reliable and efficient. You will receive a tracking number by email or phone. We also offer express shipping with Australia Post or DHL (Super Express). 

North America: 5-12 business days (Express 3-10 days)

Europe: 5-12 business days (Express 5-9 days)

Australia: 3-7 business days (Express 2-5 days)

New Zealand, Oceania and Asia: 5-11 business days (Express 3-7 days)

Other regions: 6-14 business days (Express 4-9 days)

While we strive to meet these delivery estimates, we cannot guarantee them. The actual delivery time will depend on the delivery method you choose.

Customs and Import Taxes

Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations:

  • Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
  • Send items back within: 30 days of delivery
  • Request a cancellation: Before the item has been dispatched

Conditions of Return

We offer Checkout+ to customers to provide free return shipping. Customers that take advantage of our Checkout+ option will receive a prepaid label through our return portal. Customers who opt out are responsible for the costs of return shipping and should purchase their label through our customer portal.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
