I really like it, customer service was nic...

I really like it, customer service was nice. Any grievances I have are of no fault of the makers or make. It does not suit me, but will now make a perfect gift.
Australia Post stuffed it in my mailbox uncaring during a downpour. The packaging mostly held and the only precipitation that made it into that wrapping, three small brown droplets on a nice little note. Most of which was printed copy-pasta that everyone gets, except there was a hand-written extra remembering me from my last purchase. cute & cheers legend :)

Why are your products relatively expensive?

Everything is handmade, we prioritize fair wages for everyone involved in the production process, opt for natural fabrics and dyes that come at a higher cost, use compostable packaging, and cover the shipping costs.

Will this garment fit me?

We offer a range of clothing options, including some thatare "one size fits most" and others with specific sizing choices.

To determine the right fit for you, please refer to the measurements provided inthe product description section. If you have any questions or need assistance,don't hesitate to ask for our advice. We're here to help!

May I safely wash and dry your products?

Our garments are handmade and naturally dyed . . . So we highly recommend Hand washing to ensure longevity.

Place your garment in cold water for 30 minutes. Rinse the water gently out of the item.

Machine Wash is also ok, just choose the delicate or gentle mode setting, use cold water and no bleach.

Drying - Air dry in the shade (minimise exposure to direct sunlight).

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations:

  • Contact us within: 14 days of delivery.
  • Send items back within: 30 days of delivery.
  • Request a cancellation: Before the item has been dispatched.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
